A light but moist pure Madagascan vanilla sponge topped with sweet and smooth vanilla buttercream – choose your icing colour!

salted caramel

Moist vanilla sponge topped with addictive salted caramel buttercream. There’s a generous layer of home-made salted caramel in between each tier

chocolate and guinness

A heavy, fudge-like, chocolatey cake with a depth of flavour from the guinness, covered in cool, smooth cream cheese icing

Our classic chocolate sponge with fluffy Belgian chocolate mousse icing

A good old-fashioned carrot cake, covered with our delicious cream cheese icing

lemon

Lemon flavoured light and fluffy sponge cake with tangy lemon curd icing – you really have to love lemon to like this one – we spread some extra home-made lemon curd in between the layers too

peanut butter

Melt in the mouth sponge cake with lashings of peanut butter icing – not as sweet as your average icing – can be Americanised by spreading jam on the cake layers, to make a classic PB&J cake

Our classic Belgian chocolate sponge cake infused with a hint of espresso coffee, topped with a light coffee buttercream

raspberry and white chocolate

Sweet and juicy raspberries baked into a vanilla sponge and topped with Belgian white chocolate icing. Heaven.

dark sticky ginger loaf
